The demands of the 1990s, oriented toward durable, sterilisable devices, confirm Bien-Air in its policy of high quality. The design and functions of the whole electric line are harmonised. Three different turbines – GYRO, BLACKPEARL and ONDINE – are accordingly provided with a single CROMA handle. This simplification limits the practitioner's investment by allowing him to choose the turbine type during preparation for the chair. At the same time, the range of handpieces and contra-angles is further expanded. As regards the thermoformed optical glass rod lighting, it provides the turbines and contra-angles with unrivalled strength. Finally, the collaboration with Professor Fisch enables Bien-Air to move forward in microsurgery, with the launch of the ORL-E-92 multifunction pedal system, provided with a sterilisable brushless motor.
